How to Build Understanding & Acceptance

** Couples Building Workshop**

Just like team building workshops in companies, we are offering a couples building workshop. 

You don't need to come as a couple to learn, you can easily learn these valuable new tools and teach them to you partner. 

The purpose of this workshop is help you been more seen, more heard, appreciated, understood and supported.

The workshops is not all about talking about your problems, and you don't need to share if you don't want to.

The workshop will be more active and interactive, using special tools to help you learn a new way of communicating with eachother. 

What you will learn: 

- Build a deeper understanding  and acceptance of your self, by knowing your values and your needs clearly. And learn how to communicate them

- Build an awareness of your partner's values and needs, and learn how to listen.

- Understand different types of reactions during an argument, which one are you? which one is youw partner? and learn to deal with each differently

- Build a safe place with acceptance for one another.  

- Learn how to bridge the gap when there are big differences

- Learn to appreciate eachother and acknowledge eachother on a deeper level

Duration: 5 hours (including breaks) 

INCLUDED in the workshop: Lunch, Coffee, Tea, Water, Snacks  

Super Bonus: A one-on-one Session after the workshop, at day of your choosing to go deeper into the learning specifically catered to your specific needs.

Dress Code:  Be comfortable in your clothes and your shoes, we will be moving around.
